Registered Nurse (RN)
Full-Time Evening Shift
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in Connecticut
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- Strong clinical skills and assessment abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Full-Time Part-Time Multiple Shifts
We are looking for dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct care to our residents. CNAs play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents.
Requirements:
- Current CNA certification in Connecticut
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work as part of a team

Physical Therapist
Full-Time Day Shift
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with geriatric patients and a passion for helping individuals regain function and independence.

- Current PT license in Connecticut
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
